IHF-NS Fluorine Plastic Pump Introduction

IHF-NS series high-temperature fluoroplastic pump, referred to as “IHF-NS fluoroplastic pump” is a single-stage single-suction cantilevered centrifugal pump, the pump body is lined with fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), fluorocarbon ceramic alloy and other corrosion and abrasion-resistant non-metallic materials in the metal casing, impeller, pump cover is made of fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) outsourced by the metal inserts, fluorocarbon ceramic alloy pressure molding. The impeller and pump cover are made of fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) and fluorocarbon ceramic alloy.

IHF-NS high temperature fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is designed with reference to IS02858 international standard, and the mechanical seal adopts internal water-cooled double-face mechanical seal.

IHF-NS high temperature fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps are widely used in the transportation of strong corrosive media containing solid up to 15%, saturated solution of easy to crystallize products, strong alkali, etc. They are suitable for continuous operation under the working temperature of 150℃. Applicable industries: acid and alkali production, saturated electrolyte in non-ferrous metal smelting, desulfurization and dust removal in environmental protection industry, acid regeneration in pickling in iron and steel industry, and so on.
