Bead wire is the steel wire made of high-carbon steel. Its surface is plated with copper or bronze. It has high strength, good flexibility, supreme fatigue property and excellent linearity. It can be adhered to the rubber easily, and is mainly used in the tyre bead as reinforcing materials. It is widely applied in tyres for cars, buses, trucks, heavy equipment and aircrafts.
