Galvanized steel coils are made through a hot-dip process that dips metal into zinc to obtain a smooth coating. The coating is highly rust resistant and extends the life of the coil.
Galvanized steel coil is made by a hot dip process, similar to galvanized steel, in which the metal is dipped in a zinc alloy bath and then heat treated in-line. Galvanized steel is generally thinner and easier to paint than other processes.
